Shipping destinations
We ship to Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan only. Orders cannot be placed for other countries.

Order processing time
Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days of your order (Japan), excluding weekends and public holidays in Japan. We ship to one address per order — please place separate orders for multiple addresses.

Shipping cost — free, duties and taxes paid (DDP)
Shipping is free. The price shown already includes international shipping and all applicable import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges (DDP, Delivered Duty Paid). You pay nothing more when your parcel is delivered.

Carrier and delivery time
We ship by DHL Express. After dispatch, delivery normally takes 2–5 business days, subject to customs clearance. DHL may contact you if information is needed to clear your parcel.

Customs information we may need from you
For Taiwan and Thailand, customs may require the recipient's national ID or passport number and confirmation of the customs declaration before a parcel is released. DHL will contact you if anything is needed. If a parcel cannot be cleared or delivered because the required information is not provided, DHL returns it to us and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund. Any statutory right of withdrawal in your country is not affected (see our Refund Policy).

Fragile ware
Our ceramic items are packed in fitted inserts and a protective outer box. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please do not send it back yourself — contact us, ideally within 7 days of delivery, at calfko-business@diesys.co.jp with photos. We will arrange and pay for collection where needed and provide a full refund or, if you prefer, a free replacement. Taiwan — EZ WAY
Taiwan customs requires the recipient to be verified in the EZ WAY (易利委) app and to approve the customs declaration for each parcel. Please install EZ WAY, complete real-name verification, and make sure the name and phone number on your order match your EZ WAY registration. If the recipient is not verified, the parcel is held and then returned; it cannot be delivered.

Thailand
Import duty and VAT are included in the price (DDP). You pay nothing extra on delivery.

Purchase limits
Each order is limited to 2 units of each set and 5 units of each consumable. Orders above these limits cannot be accepted.
